OUR TEAM

At James B. Griffin, P.C. Zac is a practicing Attorney and Certified Public Accountant.  Zac is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, focusing on the areas of business law, business transactions, business and individual accounting, business and individual taxation, forensic accounting, business incorporations and dissolutions, and estate administration.

Zac proceeds from a national firm, KPMG, LLP, where he spent four years working as a Tax Manager in the Mergers and Acquisitions group in Philadelphia.  While at KPMG, Zac obtained his Executive LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.  Prior to joining KPMG, Zac graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law with his Juris Doctorate.  Before making the decision to attend law school, Zac worked for two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Tax Associate in Pittsburgh.  Zac graduated from Duquesne University in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Zac is originally from DuBois, PA and relocated to the Philadelphia area after graduating from law school. He enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his wife, Jen, and their French bulldog, Sunny.
