Lauren Griffin, Business Valuations Analyst
Lauren joined James B. Griffin, P.C. in June 2019 and focuses on Business Valuations and litigation support for clients for the purposes of matrimonial litigation, mergers & acquisitions, exit strategies, financial litigation, and company growth strategies.
Prior to joining James B. Griffin, P.C., Lauren spent three years at Jefferies LLC, a global investment bank headquartered in New York, NY, where her concentrations were in Prime Brokerage Sales & Capital Intelligence for hedge funds, and Global Equity Management & Strategy. Lauren graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
As an athlete at Providence College, Lauren began her involvement in Making Waves to Fight Cancer with Swim Across America Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for cancer research, prevention, and treatment. Swim Across America hosts charity swims and donates the proceeds to cancer research facilities and hospitals. Lauren also participates in Night Nation Runs, the world’s first running music festival held in major U.S. cities and around the globe designed to support Stand Up To Cancer’s (SU2C) groundbreaking initiative to accelerate innovative cancer research.
Lauren has moved back to Chester County, PA after spending three years in New York, NY and currently resides in Coatesville, Chester County with her French bulldog, Flower.
