Jim is committed to providing clients with the highest quality representation. As an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant he is uniquely qualified in the practice areas of business, finance, forensic accounting, business valuations, real estate, and tax related law.  Jim’s clients appreciate his expertise and experience in business formation, business purchases and sales, contract drafting and review, strategic planning, succession planning, wills and trusts, estate administration, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and tax planning and preparation.

Jim graduated from Widener University School of Law, having previously earned his CPA license. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware. Jim is admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jim is married with five children and four grandchildren and has resided in Coatesville, Chester County for nearly thirty years. He is an active member of the community as Chairman of the Board of First Resource Bank, and a board member of Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown, Chester County.
